The Flying Biscuit Café Just Landed in Holly Springs

The Flying Biscuit Café Just Landed in Holly Springs

Holly Springs, clear a spot on your calendar and maybe loosen your belt a notch — The Flying Biscuit Café is officially open, and we brought the biscuits.

As of June 1, 2026, our newest café is up and running at 161 Oakview Commons Dr #105, right in the heart of Holly Springs. All-day breakfast, brunch that actually lives up to the hype, and comfort food with a little Southern swagger. There’s a cozy dining room, a patio for the pretty days, and — bless it — free parking right out front. No circling the block with a growling stomach.

A café built by folks who actually live here

Here’s the part we love most: this one’s a hometown operation.

The Holly Springs café is locally owned and run by Astra Ventures LLC, a group of five partners with deep roots in the area and a soft spot for good hospitality. They came out of the tech world, they know how to build something that lasts, and they decided the best thing they could build was a place where neighbors gather over a plate of really, really good food.

“We’re thrilled to bring The Flying Biscuit Café to Holly Springs,” said Harish Kanneganti, Managing Member of Astra Ventures LLC. “Our group has always wanted to invest in something that brings people together, and there’s no better way to do that than over great food in a warm, welcoming neighborhood spot. We can’t wait to become part of this community.”

Translation: they’re not just opening a restaurant. They’re opening your restaurant — the one you’ll end up at every Sunday whether you planned to or not.

The Triangle is having a moment (and we’re not mad about it)

Holly Springs joins a fast-growing Flying Biscuit family across the Triangle. We debuted in Wake Forest back in October 2025, and we’re already serving up grits in Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, and Brier Creek. Add Holly Springs to the map and, well, you’re never far from a biscuit around here anymore. You’re welcome.

So, what’s good?

Everything. But if you’re the type who needs a plan of attack:

  • Award-winning shrimp and grits — the dish people drive across town for.
  • Stuffed French toast — dessert masquerading as breakfast, and we support that lifestyle.
  • Creamy dreamy grits — yes, that’s the actual name, and yes, they earned it.
  • Hearty omelets, vegan scrambles, burgers, and wraps — because everybody at the table deserves something great.

All of it comes with the cheerful, no-fuss Southern hospitality we’ve been known for since we started flipping biscuits in Atlanta back in 1993.

Planning something bigger? The Holly Springs café also does full-service catering — office breakfasts, weddings, baby showers, “we survived another quarter” celebrations, you name it. On-time delivery and pickup, the works.

Come say hey
