How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last Updated: May 25, 2026
The Flying Biscuit Café and its franchising affiliate (“Flying Biscuit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you visit flyingbiscuitfranchising.com (the “Site”) or interact with us regarding franchise opportunities.
Who We Are
Our website address is: https://flyingbiscuitfranchising.com.
Flying Biscuit Café franchising is operated by Flying Biscuit Franchising, Inc., located at 6090 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you may contact us at franchise@flyingbiscuit.com or (678) 726-1884.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide to us directly and information that is automatically collected when you visit our Site.
Information you provide: When you fill out forms on our Site — including our franchise inquiry form, newsletter signup, contact form, or any other interactive feature — we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, state of interest, business or restaurant experience, financial qualifications (including net worth and liquid capital), and any messages or comments you share with us.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your interactions with the Site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and clickstream behavior. We collect this information using cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies.
Franchise Inquiry Form Submissions
Our franchise inquiry form is presented in multiple steps. As you progress through the form, we collect and retain the information you provide at each step, including before you complete the full submission. This means that if you provide your name, email address, phone number, or other information and do not complete the full form, we may still retain the information you provided and treat it as a franchise inquiry.
By submitting any information through our franchise inquiry form, including partial submissions, you consent to be contacted by Flying Biscuit Franchising, Inc. franchise development representatives regarding your inquiry by email, phone, or text message. You may opt out of this communication at any time by emailing franchise@flyingbiscuit.com or by telling our representative that you do not wish to be contacted further.
We use franchise inquiry information to:
- Evaluate your interest and qualifications as a potential franchisee
- Communicate with you about our franchise program, including sending you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) when appropriate
- Follow up on your inquiry by email, phone, or text
- Maintain records of franchise prospect interactions as required by federal and state franchise laws
- Conduct internal analytics to improve our franchise development process
We retain franchise inquiry information, including partial submissions, indefinitely. We retain this information because the franchise sales cycle can extend over multiple years, because we are required to maintain records of franchise sales activity under federal and state franchise laws, and because prospects sometimes re-engage with us months or years after their initial inquiry. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing franchise@flyingbiscuit.com, subject to any legal record-retention obligations we may have.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics and Advertising
We use marketing pixels and services like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads to analyze website traffic and user behavior, and to optimize our marketing efforts. How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
For franchise inquiry submissions, including partial submissions, we retain your information indefinitely unless you request deletion or unless deletion is required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at franchise@flyingbiscuit.com.
For analytics and advertising data, we retain information for the periods specified by our analytics and advertising providers, typically between 14 and 26 months.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site, have submitted a franchise inquiry, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
To exercise these rights, please email franchise@flyingbiscuit.com with your request and the email address associated with your information.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at franchise@flyingbiscuit.com.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site and franchise opportunities are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Franchise Offering Disclosure
This website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy a franchise. The offering of a franchise can only be made through the delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Certain states regulate the offer and sale of franchises, and we will not offer or sell franchises in those states until we have registered the franchise (or obtained an applicable exemption from registration) and delivered the FDD to the prospective franchisee in compliance with applicable law.
